Paul is a member of the personal injury department dealing principally with catastrophic injury work.
He has extensive experience in acting for individuals who have suffered a life-changing injury such as spinal cord damage, traumatic amputation, head injury, burns and scarring. Paul has extensive experience of obtaining large compensation awards for his clients and has achieved multi-million pound settlements. He regularly conducts cases in the High Court and County Courts, and writes articles on the latest developments in personal injury law.
Paul represents clients who have been involved in road traffic accidents - including motorcycle and cycling accidents - and also for clients who have suffered serious personal injury at work. He has gained a reputation for successfully turning cases around following instruction from clients who wish to change their legal representation.
Paul has a Law degree (LLB Hons) from the University of Wales and qualified as a Barrister. He is a member of the Middle Temple and Personal Injury Bar Association. Paul has duel qualification and was a senior solicitor for a national practice before joining Healys as a Partner in 2011.
