Dino handles a wide range of personal injury matters including cases which deal with amputation, spinal injury, severe brain injury and fatality.
As part of his clinical negligence work, Dino acts for clients who have received a misdiagnosis and/or negligent care from a health professional or organisation. Dino also acts for clients, and their families, who have been involved in serious accidents at work, and cycling accidents.
By utilising his experience and the expertise of his team, Dino always strives to achieve the best possible result for his clients; ensuring they receive, where appropriate, interim payments and access to the best possible health care and rehabilitation services.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 1984 Dino undertook a Masters Degree in Law at the LSE (1995/1997). He joined Healys in 2001 where his specialism in personal injury work was recognised and his work became focused on complex cases requiring robust litigation techniques in order to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
Dino became a member of the Criminal Lawyers Duty Solicitor Scheme at its inception in the late 1980s and, at this time, undertook advocacy at Civil and Magistrates' Courts, including conduct of trials.
Dino has also trained as a mediator and has secured CEDR Accreditation in 2005.
Following Healys conversion to LLP status in April 2009 Dino was appointed Managing Partner. In this role he manages responsibilities for Healys Brighton and London offices, overseeing and implementing the firm's strategy.

Examples of experience
- A delay in diagnosis resulted in a client being left with limb weakness and impaired mobility. Initially the hospital denied they were responsible but with Dino’s help the client received a negotiated sum in compensation.
- Dino helped a client in his 50’s get his life back together after accident in work resulted in an amputation on his right leg above his knee. Responsibility was not contested and Dino was able to secure a six figure sum in compensation to improve the client’s quality of life.
- Dino was able to help the partner of 18 year old student who was involved in a fatal road traffic accident. The partner had been pregnant at the time of the accident and Dino was able to secure a six figure sum in compensation to help support the baby girl.
